An Unexpected Bite - Tasting Event!

Join Aileen for “An Unexpected Bite”, where you will learn how to bend the rules and try new things with some interesting cheeses. You will taste a number of different cheeses from across the UK with some unusual food pairings, and perhaps gain the confidence to go rogue the next time you serve a cheeseboard!

IMPORTANT ALLERGEN INFORMATION
A variety of milk types (cow/goat & sheep) will be served, both pasteurised and unpasteurised.  Cheeses containing penicillium roqueforti, traditional rennet and vegetarian rennet will also be served. Items containing nuts, gluten and other allergens will also be present.  Unfortunately due to the nature of a group food tasting, substitutions are not possible.
